industry or have the capacity to carry out exemplary and innovative work althrough, you can
nominate yourself and wish that your hard work pays off.

Initial Level Screening (Stage 2)
After receiving the nominations, our research team will begin with the monitoring and screening of each and every application. Based upon the information in the form, companies are shortlisted and then segregated into varied categories according to the industry they belong to.
Research Team Evaluation (Stage 3)
After successful screening of all the information provided,
companies reach to this most important level, where all the shortlisted organizations are
analyzed and meticulously examined upon parameters such as Work culture, Employee retention,
Business sustainability, Leadership model, Corporate social responsibility, Tech know how
and expertise, Financial alertness, Quality management, Market research, Corporate ethics,
Brand equity and several other aspects.
The companies are then marked on a scale of 1 to
10 upon the given parameters. The IBC market research team makes it a crucial task to
conduct an in-depth secondary research in order to identify the deserving candidate.
Jury Scoring (Stage 4)
The companies fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria and shining upon the specified parameters are sent to a council of distinguished jury for review & scoring on a scale of 1 to 10. The panel of jury members comprises of top eminent corporate leaders from various professions & industries like Finance, Business, Advertising & Media, Marketing, International Trade and others from around the globe.
Declaration of Winners (Final Stage)
The final stage of the selection process is completed when the score of the Research Team is combined with the score received by the Jury Panel.
